Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Testing at Covid-19 in the Republic of Croatia:

Testing on Covid-19 for guests in Crikvenica:

Health Center Crikvenica, Kotorska ulica 13 a (blue container)

Rapid antigen test:

  • price 40,00 HRK (payment exclusively in cash)
  • test is valid for 24 hours, the test result is ready in 30 minutes
  • test time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 - 09:00

PCR test:

  • price 390,00 HRK (payment exclusively in cash)
  • test is valid for 72 hours, and test results are sent by e-mail or the guest picks them up the next day
  • test time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 - 09:00

Flexible booking conditions

We would like to help you organize your trip in these specific circumstances, thus we have adapted our booking policies and made them even more flexible (applies to all bookings made through our website and booking centre for 2022):

Cancellation policy:


  • Free cancellation is possible up to 4 days before arrival
  • we charge 100% for late cancellation and 100% for no-show.


  • Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival
  • we charge 100% for late cancellation and 100% for no-show.


  • Once booked this reservation cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • The total booking amount will be charged within 7 days of the booking date.

Payment terms:

  • Directly at the reception
  • For all price lists we offer a guarantee via credit card; payment in accordance with the conditions of the reservation
  • Additional option in all price lists to choose the option of a guarantee deposit without a credit card, payment of the guarantee deposit via bank transfers must be made no later than 3 days after the reservation. Guarantee deposit is non-refundable (specified in the conditions)
  • Payment of tourist tax and additional services at the reception (regardless of what is already stated on the reservation announcement)

No show - reservation according to which the arrival was not realized and was not canceled, Late cancellation - reservation canceled outside the conditions and rules of cancellation

If you have booked your accommodation through the agencies that offer accommodation in our accommodation facilities, please contact them directly to find out all the possibilities regarding changing the arrival times or cancellation.

Your health and safety

Your safety and health are our top priority. We keep following the instructions of all relevant institutions in Croatia to ensure that the activities we undertake are comprehensive and appropriate.

Accordingly, we have prepared procedures to guarantee the safety of guests and our employees, in accordance with the guidelines of the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the latest standards in the hotel industry (employee education, additional specific cleaning and disinfection measures, availability of protective equipment and disinfectants for guests and employees, special safety measures in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, etc.) and you can find more details here.
